Pet-Sensing Doorbell: No More Door Scratches!

COOL INVENTIONS : Pet-Sensing Doorbell

For pet-owners, dogs and cats primarily, I'm sure you know all too well the frustrations when you see scratches on your door, caused by your furry pet. When pets want to go out or be let in, and the door is closed, it's in their instincts to scratch it. Good thing if you're there every time to open the door for them, but what if you're in another room and you can't see them?

The Pet-Sensing Doorbell is a great solution for this. It's an innovative cordless doorbell that rings when your pet approaches within 6" to 3' of the door. A "Smart Key", which attaches to your pet's collar transmits a coded signal that activates the doorbell when it comes within range. The sound lasts for about 7 seconds and repeats every 5 to 10 seconds. You can adjust the volume or turn it off at your convenience. Now, the only catch here is if you're too lazy to get up and open the door.
